Q: Will I receive annoying marketing emails from Bag Return?

A: No. Bag Return will only send you transactional emails to inform you of successfully registering your tag, or alerts if you have received a message from a finder.


Q: If my bag goes missing, will I have to pay a reward to have it returned.

A: No. Although offering a reward may increase the chances of a finder contacting you, they can not lawfully demand that a reward is paid before returning your bag. This is a serious criminal offense and if this happens you should contact the police.


Q: Will Bag Return give out my personal details to third parties?

A: No. The only exception to this is if you acquire a Bag Return Bag Tag from a third party (such as an airline or travel agent) where the purchase conditions were that they would be allowed to contact you via email. Remember, if you are sent marketing emails from third parties, you are always free to opt out of them by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
